PATRICIA M. SCHNEIDER
Coming from a fifth generation Parisian family originally from Brittany and Normandy, I grew up among museums, theatres, castles, books, paintings and antiques and was always lucky enough to live surrounded by beauty. At the age of twenty I moved from Paris to California and began traveling and falling in love with Latin America.
For the next thirty years I specialized in creating galleries, brokering fine art, advising in art investment, and executing interior design.

Now as a seasoned fine arts broker and art investment advisor, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most discerning and distinguished collectors institutions and museums around the world. With nearly three decades of experience in the field, I have developed a keen eye for quality and a deep understanding of the art market, allowing me to discreetly cater to new and established private collections and provide a full-service art consultancy to my clients. Today I divide my time between México City, San Miguel de Allende and Amsterdam, and thrive coexisting with many different cultures.

INTERIOR DESIGN
I like the fusion of contemporary art and antiques, with subdued tones and the use of smooth surfaces of stone and/or natural wood. My spaces are poetic and are distinguished more by what is not present in them than by the pieces that occupy them. MY knowledge of the nature of being and the concepts of time and space are embodied in the paintings and objects that characterize my particular style. In the same way that I can source the perfect chandelier or advise on the renovation of a space, my clients also benefit from a philosophy of life that is sophisticated in its simplicity.

There is a whole learning process in life to develop an aesthetic. Joe Vega is a true alchemist, a great teacher, a unique creator, also a craftsman because everything he does always turns out well. He has a passion for what is well made, for materials that last, objects that do not wear out so easily over time.
He was born in the great City of Guadalajara in Mexico and has always been in Florence, Tuscany where at an early age he learned to design. He was in the best art schools in Florence where he received various distinctions for his dexterity and great taste. Joe is a visionary, a wise man, a person to be trusted because what he knows he learned very well.
LINAS G. VYTUVIS
INTERNATIONAL CLIENT RELATIONS
Born and raised in New York City, I was surrounded by a golden period of artistic, musical and architectural growth in the 70s, 80s and 90s. At the age of 18, I founded a live sound engineering company, with my first client being Georgio Gomelsky, the manager of the Rolling Stones. This opened the doors to working with a variety of extraordinary musicians, from The Police/Sting and David Bowie to Blondie and the Patti Smith Group, and performances at venues from CBGBs to Carnegie Hall. Here I began to understand the influence of culture and it’s effect on society.
It was during this time that I was exposed to urban architecture and design, thanks to my father Antanas, who was responsible for constructing IBM’s World headquarters on Madison Avenue and 57th Street (“Billionaires Row”) in New York City. He gave me insight into some of his more prestigious projects, including Adnan Khasshogi’s Olympic Towers residence, private homes along Museum Mile, the J.P. Morgan Mansion and Library and even the infamous 33 Thomas Street (an NSA surveillance center!). Through him, I developed a great sense of fine residences and architecture.
During the 80’s, I met H.H. the 1st Kalu Rinpoche, which led to my adoption of Buddhism and its growth in New York, even helping to start the first Tibet House for H.H. the Dalai Lama and to work directly under Richard Gere and Professor Robert Thurman.
Now a Buddhist teacher and Futurist, I am currently engaged in Artificial Intelligence, medical Virtual Reality, and am passionate about encouraging fine arts, design and architecture with Terres Sud.
