Eloy Tarcisio

Eloy Tarcisio (1995) Mexico City born and based visual artist. His academic journey began as an art student of the renowned art school “La Esmeralda” National school of painting, arts and sculpture. He is the founder and creator of Mexican significant art space: “EX Teresa Arte Actual.” Active scholar of the center of artistic plastic investigation and experimentation, which, he is also confounding member of. His professional carrier varies from: art education and the academic world, promotion and distribution of the arts, and the creation-production of his own artistic works. He takes part and creates significant amounts of individual and collective exhibitions throughout Latin America, Asia and Europe. He has been awarded with national and international prizes in the fields of drawing, painting, installation and vivid art.
He is an active founding member of collective art group “Atte. La dirección” (Atte. The direction). Member of the Mexican system of creators, sponsored by the national government. Former headmaster and director of his Alma mater “La Esmeralda.”
He is currently a full-time professor, Art investigator and producer. He teaches Art and it’s environment (urban art) in postgraduate national university level. He is the co-creator of student workshop “La Colmena” part of the arts and design faculty of the national university (UNAM). President of the non-profit organization Arte Hoy A.C. (Art Today) he is the coordinator of Salon Abierto experimental arts center and the director of the project ITSÏ, an arts festival for the funding and conservation of water in Mexico. Launches the project POST-NAW as a manifest of the arts within technology and current context.
